Has a lover of Downtown LA History I often stopped in to this location even when you could barely see a thing & always sharing the story & history as best I knew it.
I can’t wait to show it off as it gets cleaned up but hope it doesn’t get cleaned up to much. I personally like the patina of age on the tile.
LA history must be preserved and this Dutch Chocolate Shop is I fine example of that.
I volunteer with 2 historical groups downtown, LAHTF & LA Conservancy & can’t wait to add it to our tours!
